              Surely you have pet insurance???? My little doggies would have forced me to remortgage my house if it wasn't very the £13/month premium...

                You've gotten off lightly then. total insurance claim for dog 1 since acquiring as puppy 2 years ago already tops £2000. Dog 2 (10 months old) has cost £500 so far.
