    No dry January for me.

    I'm on a 2 month abstemious stint so that come December 1, It'll already be in the bank.

    Then I can look forward to a guilt free bacchanalian festive season .

    Did 2 months earlier this year.

    Totally overrated, probably felt worse than normal.

        It didn't work for me.

        However, tweaking my diet, in general, less processed food, more sensible food choices and balancing my diet has worked.

        I'm now close to my ideal weight and still drinking the same .

          I read it as "Month of drinking slashes risk of disease" when I saw The Daily Mail at the dentists this morning.
