Home-made organic beef kofta balls lovingly cooked in tandoori sauce and coconut milk, served on a bed of home-made alloo saag – freshly wilted spinach.

It is another Hello fresh meal heated up from last nights culinary creativity

Smoked salmon and cucumber with horseradish on 50/50 thins (3 sarnies), small bag of walkers cheese 'n' onion, bottle of sparkling water.

I should be! I really enjoy the food - personally I think it is a bargain, £39 for 6 meals a week, it has really expanded my cooking skills and palate, and I am feeling a lot healthier from having good, fresh good instead of the ready pizzas and microwave yuck I used to have. I really don't miss the weekly supermarket shop. I have even shunned Wetherspoons when staying over going to a French Bistro instead - it has made me look at my relationship with food and changed it for the better.

Got a hankering for a dirty Friday night kebab though....
