    Draft Finance Bill

    I see the bill has been published today and appears to say that T&S for those under IR35 will be no more.

    Is it therefore business as usual for the rest of us not under IR35? Is there anything that changes for us?

    I realise this is no doubt step 1 in Hector's plan and now he has to enforce/redefine IR35...I'm just interested in how the 'news' today will affect people's MO's and mindsets.
