The advice I'd give the poster is : learn to spell.
If the guy is crap provide the evidence and there's nothing he can complain about. His being gay and muslim (shorely shome mishtake - Ed) has nothing to do with anything.

Agree with sas, think this can't touch minorities thing is a bit overdone and based on a few high profile cases in the press. Seen various sorts sacked/terminated for being crap/smelly/troublesome and not seen any special favours.

I have seen a couple so crap and decietful they were sacked properly, straight off to court pass go and collect £20,000.

If so, then hopefully there is a trend away from all this PC crap, probably via the usual complete over-reaction.

Although maybe blaming "PC sorts" is just a shorthand, I suspect it is much more about unions and lawyers seeing a chance to justify their existence or make money. PC sorts probably have very little to do with excessive and uncontrolled immigration of the unskilled either, it's more about business men looking to boost profits. They make the money, society picks up the tab. It's as beneficial as subsidising British Leyland but our idiot government hasn't twigged yet.

PS Are you allowed to be gay and Muslim? Why not inform your local fundamentalist branch and get the chap executed?
