Have it reviewed by QDOS. They are contract specialists. They will check for IR35 as well. It's about 99 quid but you get free ones if you buy PI/PL through them as well.

Many thanks for your response. I do not have IR35, would they still be able to consider the case?

You mean you are not an IT contractor or something? You are normally either inside or outside IR35. If it's not a normal contractor contract in not sure if they can help. Give them a bell, won't cost anything to ask. There is also Hiscox or Baur & Cotteral. Maybe a scan of their websites might help but they are the ones us IT contractors use.

                You must be him?
I was an IPSE Consultative Council Member, until the BoD abolished it. I am not an IPSE Member, since they have no longer have any relevance to me, as an IT Contractor. Read my lips...I recommend QDOS for ALL your Insurance requirements (Contact me for a referral code).

Danny, that was really a rather lazy question.

                    I hope we don't have:

I'm at a junction - can anyone tell me whether I go left or right?

                    or

I'm just choosing my friend's Christmas present - should I pick blue or purple?
