Do you eat a cooked breakfast?

Inspired by the other thread, I wondered how many people still cook breakfast rather than eating cereal.

I'll suggest anything that involves using the oven is cooking but use your own brains... if you're working away and staying in a hotel I'm more interested in what you eat than who cooks it.

            Does toast count as cooked?

Cereal and toast through the week, scrambled eggs on toast at the weekend. Occasionally bacon too.
Will work inside IR35. Or for food.

I'm doing 2 variations at the moment.

              1) Scott's porridge oats with water and salt. Once in the bowl, I sprinkle on sugar and pour on milk such that the porridge floats like an island.
              2) 4 egg mushroom and onion omelette with baked beans.

              It's a health thing....

                try Honey on the porridge.

Every morning I eat 2 boiled eggs cut up in a cup with some Kerrygold butter and some lo-salt.
