    Brolly vs paye via agency

Hi. I have no intention to have own LTD. If agency offers me 2 options - work via one of the umbrella companies or join their PAYE, what's the actual difference? I expect net salary to be very similar, I'm effectively an employee anyway, what differences to expect? What can be actually different? Only what I can find in the small print?

Assuming the rate is the same PAYE is better since the employee will pay the EENI and there'll be no Brolly fee.

Only cost difference I can see there is the umbrella fee. Can you see any other differences here?
