    Reinvesting Ltd company profits

Ive been very busy contracting the last few years and have built up a decent wedge. Is the someway that I can reinvest the profits into another the market and another start up venture? What are the tax implications? I just want to make sure that everything is legal.

    Thanks Richie

You need to invest in a wife, and then divorce lawyers, and then an ex-wife. You can then stop worrying about this type of problem.

    Sorted.

Could your question be any more generic and with any less research?

If you can't afford a divorce and want something cheaper, how about?

          Ostrich Farms
          Carbon Credits
Never heard of overseas property investment
          Rare Earth metals
          Structured products

          These all look like winners.

            And don't forget:

            Hotel room investments
            Timeshares
            Car park investments
            Storage pods
            Forests in South America

There's so many ways to "invest" your companies money, you'll soon be a millionaire. Just like my ex-wife.

Take the money out before the dividend hike.

If your company starts investing much it might not be considered as "trading" company, this can have a lot of (doubt positive) implications tax wise.

Best to ask this sort of question in Accounting / Legal part of the forum.
