Pope Trumps Trump in Idiotic Statement Stakes

Pope Francis said "a person who thinks only about building walls... and not of building bridges, is not Christian".

Well great. I'll emigrate to the Vatican & sell Tacos in the gardens. Oh, I can't. There is a big ******* wall.

I think you've missed the keyword there...

Other things Donald Trump thinks about:

      Money
      Buildings
      Golf Courses
      Gold Plating
      Teeth
      Hair
      Shouting

It's a bad move by the Pope. Of course the Catholic church gets involved in politics but this is just a little too blatant.

Anyway, a bigger issue is that this is the mark of a dangerous idiot.

"The Pope also said in response to a question about whether contraception could be used to prevent Zika virus that for some cases the "lesser of two evils" can be used. He said abortion "is a crime, an absolute evil," but that avoiding pregnancy is not."

          Oh, he will, for sure.

And the message is sent out to the competing religions that it is fine for religion to get involved in politics.

          Islam loves this concept.

A big ******* wall preventing access to the Vatican? Let's see!

More like low railings than a wall: https://www.google.co.uk/maps/@41.90...7i13312!8i6656

Or there's this bit down the road, which is a bit like a wall but with big gaps in: https://www.google.co.uk/maps/@41.90...7i13312!8i6656

Up the road there's definitely some walls, but only because there are buildings which they presumably didn't want to leave open to the elements. Oh, and there's a big open gate: https://www.google.co.uk/maps/@41.90...7i13312!8i6656

Finally, a wall! It's round the back by the museum: https://www.google.co.uk/maps/@41.90...7i13312!8i6656

So you should find it quite easy to get in. Rather like the Mexican border, whether Trump builds his ridiculous wall or not

I don't mind if religion is involved in politics, what I mind is religion directing suicide bombers blowing people up for political purposes...

Haven't you noticed the Anglican bishops and archbishops plus the rabbi in the House of Lords yet?

This people can vote down bills passed to them by the House of Commons.

I've noticed that The Lords have more common sense than the Parliament.

It's high time for Her Majesty to stop this so-called experimental democratic malarkey ...

Is that easy access so that the Cardinals can smuggle enough children in easily ?
Socialism is inseparably interwoven with totalitarianism and the abject worship of the state.

No Socialist Government conducting the entire life and industry of the country could afford to allow free, sharp, or violently-worded expressions of public discontent.
