    Cr8p Rate of the day

    winner goes to Circle recruitment.
Extensive c and c# experience. Ok the £25 is passable in a joking, first contract sort of way. But ffs putting the range from a tenner.
Why dont the fekers come clean and give one figure. Surely the client has agreed a set amount already. How can it range from a tenner to a pony??

My Client is currently looking for an experienced C/ C# Engineer/ Developer to complete a porting exercise project from C to C#. Applicants must have extensive experience with C and C# and have previous experience of working on a similar project. Candidates must also have experience with serial communications and it is essential that you have a full, clean driving licence transport will be provided.
    Location Greater Manchester
    Country England
    Start Date November
    Duration 6 months +
    Rate £10 - £25 per Hour
whats the lowest you can do this for?

It's up to the supplier to set the rate. It's OK for the customer to have a budget in mind, but it's really not common for a buyer to go to tender with an exact figure set already.

What is that supposed to mean? How does a fixed penalty speeding fine affect your ability to get the job done? Also what are the implications of a client providing you with a company car???

They will probably have a corporate insurance policy that requires this.

Can't imagine why you might actually need the 'company' car though.
