Description of Work:

Implement the necessary components within SCCM in order to provide Software Asset Management as a Service using SCCM. As part of this service a selection of pre-created SCCM reports identified by HOPE will be automatically emailed to a HOPE email address for use by HOPE in conjunction with their license reconciliation.

Probably some carpy in-house extension, as it doesn't seem to come up in a cursory search involving SCCM.
