Four Muslim baggage handlers are appealing against a decision to bar them from working at Charles de Gaulle airport in Paris.

They say that the local government's decision to revoke their security passes is evidence of anti-Muslim discrimination.

A local government spokesman says the decision was based on an assessment of the terrorist risk.

Can't imagine that sort of action being taken over here... we'd have to close down all our airports if we put security before political correctness.

Funny how the French have been warning us for years that we are harbouring dangerous terrorists... after all, they should know, they helped most of them get here....

I suppose its becoming that 'terrorist risk' can be used to do almost anything to anybody these days. (well one group of anybodys that is).
