          Flats in large blocks are almost always leasehold. Odd that you wouldn't know this as a prospective purchaser, even more odd that you wouldn't know before this stage

              Yeah I knew, just did not expect the language and text to be so close to tenant/landlord

              The good news is that the freehold will be passed to new management company where I get a share, so I'll be 1/8th landlord
