Need a decent centre-back; Smalling always has at least one cock-up in him (that's with the hyphen for the puerile ones out there). Not sure Dier is good enough in the long run but better than a square peg in a round hole like we've had in the past with other managers - Sven sticking Scholes on the left being a classic.
