    Offensive advert?

Derbyshire 'fat' poster gym advert 'offensive' - BBC News

    Nope.

I bet the people who dreamt it up had to change it from "eat".

Offensive? But they've reduced their prices to £14.99 per month from £16.99 per month....

          Snob.

          Just because it's in Derbyshire.

Fat people will be quite upset and will turn to food to cheer themselves up.

That's why if it said "eat" instead of "take" it would be more effective.

I resent that there is nothing wrong with David Lloyd in Derby! In fact ET being more advanced that us would be even more acutely aware of issues such as high cholesterol and diabetes and would favour a low fat diet, ergo he would be more likely to lunch on a muscle bound Arnie rather than his Danny DeVito shaped twin
