    Any Caravanners Here?

I was watching Caravanner of the Year last night & I was wondering (since I'm playing a few campsites this year) is nose weight a particularly hot topic of discussion among the 'vanning community when they're kicking back?

Last night's programme certainly seemed to indicate that this is the case. Which is rather disappointing since I had visions of myself going from van to van accepting the adulation of the female occupants thereof

    Hi Martin!!!

I'm trying to get into caravanning. Would a second hand Dacia Duster be sufficient for a small caravan?
Or would the nose weight be excessive?

Not my nose, or the Dacia's, I mean the caravan's.

    Thanks.

      Hi Martin,
after discussing this with my old friend Stan Collymore, I'm also interested in caravanning now. Could you recommend a car that is slightly heavy nose but not drooping too much as I expect to have a heavy load on my rear and I would like the front to lift up a bit?

      Thanks
Brexit is having a wee in the middle of the room at a house party because nobody is talking to you, and then complaining about the smell.

        Hi DS

should work on the basis of nose weight being between 5 and 7 per cent of the caravan's MTPLM. For example: caravan MTPLM of 1400kg, the noseweight would be 70kg at 5 per cent or 98kg at 7 per cent.

Isn't the Dacia Duster like a Lada in reverse?

                  Hi Martin

I'm thinking of getting into caravans. Do they have a First Class version and Is there plenty of space for champagne?

                  Thx

I am sure they do. Just check that your 13 year old Skoda felicia can handle the load.
