    New Super Injunction

    Well actually it's not that new but about to be blown in the US

    A well-known actor who won an injunction to hush up claims he slept with a prostitute used by Wayne Rooney is reportedly to be named in the US today.

    The married father, whose reputation as a family man has boosted his career as a world-renowned star, allegedly paid escort Helen Wood £195 for sex.

    The millionaire then paid a firm of high-powered lawyers tens of thousands of pounds to stop his fans finding out.
    So lets examine the evidence

        Never having used them - is £195 a fair rate? - seems a tad high

          Depends on the time and the quality.

          I did jury duty a few years ago where the prostitute from Bolton in that case was charging £10 for oral, £15 for OWO, £20 for sex. A friend of mine is a high class call girl in Manchester and she charges £200 an hour, up to £1500 for the night where pretty much anything goes.

              It's not a super-injunction, just an injunction. A super-injunction is one which forbids reporting the fact of its own existence, in addition to whatever other facts it forbids reporting.
