                It doesn't look much different from the houses you see them selling for ~£150k in the poorer areas around here so you mightn't be too far wrong. Though I assume they had to pay a fair whack for the land, possibly more than the buildings costs.

                  I can't imagine it will cost them more than 100k per unit with land cost
