    How do you deal with…

Current project, I have a team member (English not the first language). Every meeting or discussion first words out of their mouth is an ass cover, dire tribe that seems to go for 5 -10 min. sometimes I lose track of the question. It's the same every time, they should not be responsible for the task, they can't do anything help. They are killing every meeting.
    Fiscal nomad it's legal.

It's the PM's problem. Are you the PM?

Take in a box of tissues and some girly chocolates and chuck them over when they start their tulip.

I love the idea of a dire tribe. Thanks, AP.

Not PM, but my team member. So I get the look from the PM (sort this out)

Perhaps the Project MANAGER should manage?

The Iceni were a bit dodgy until Boudicca sorted them out, no question about that.

As for the OP, what's the actual problem? If you detect BS, call them out. Have you got any evidence of it? Are they failing to deliver?

Sounds like that's the problem zeity. Nothing worse than a snake oil salesman that one particular director is fond of.

Said individual is well out of their depth I'm guessing?
