    A bit worrying as my Dad was flying into Cairo yesterday for work but seems to have arrived okay...
    Brexit is having a wee in the middle of the room at a house party because nobody is talking to you, and then complaining about the smell.

      Can't blame Egyptian airport security for this one.

        Unless any device was put in place on the outbound flight.

        With Lockerbie, the bomb was planted on the preceding flight

              So we have to worry about where a plane has been prior to getting on it, instead of just avoiding dodgy airports.

              Do the planes usually stick to the same route (back and forth) or do we need someone to build a plane tracker (presumably one could be built from that online flight tracker data) to give us a recent history of where one's been?
              Maybe tomorrow, I'll want to settle down. Until tomorrow, I'll just keep moving on.

                Depends on the airline, generally no they do not fly the same plane on the same route every day.

                  Some reports say that it blew in the sky. Might be a bomb this time

                    From the article;

                    Flightradar24 listed details of the plane's journey on Wednesday which showed it had flown from Asmara, in Eritrea, to Cairo, then on to Tunis, in Tunisia, before heading, via Cairo, to Paris.
