Google phone number wrong

I have a relative. Their phone number originally belonged to a nightclub. The nightclub has since re-opened. Google still has the nightclub phone number displaying, so my relative is getting calls late at night.

We have both suggested that the phone number is wrong using the edit function. And written reviews saying the phone number is wrong.

The nightclub don't care!

Any suggestions to get google moving?
