Agency asked me to provide contract!!!

I asked my new agency for a copy of an IR35 Contract. They admitted that they didnt really deal with contractors and any chance I could send them one as they were not sure about IR35.

I sent the PCG one(thx Mordac) I assume this is the best one?

Just tell them to raise a purchase order for you. Or get B&C to draw one up...

Agency was asking why I wanted the number of hours in a 'professional' day put in the contract, as the client had said, contractor is to work as many hours as is reasonable.

AGent thought it was OK to put 1 day. I want to know how many hours they reckon a day consists of.

8 is reasonable. Especially as you'll spend half of it posting tulipe on here...

(Edit - any more than 24 is taking the piss, but then you probably guessed that already)

I put 8. Any more would be taking the piss.
