    Brexit - an irrelevant sideshow

As usual, while the papers comment on the trivial, the real stories get missed.

Why record low interest rates are a cause for alarm, not celebration

Brexit is an irrelevant sideshow compared to the world economy - in a bad place and getting worse.

Amazingly, you can't just print your way out of trouble. Economies have their ups and downs - and trying to challenge the economic cycle will only make things worse. Its like trying to challenge the seasons(spot the film reference).

We are economically linked to a deflationary time bomb (the EU), uncontrolled migration is a threat to our security, peace, and pushes up the demand for housing. Quite frankly I can't think of a more important issue for the UK right now.

The plutocrats want us to stay. Which is why a vote to leave is a real chance to rock the status quo. http://m.huffpost.com/uk/entry/10391536.html?edition=uk

Sp the PIGS countries selling their 10 year bonds at 2-3% yields few years ago are starting to look like good bets now.

So is the EUSSR both plutocratic and communist?

The EU's more like a version of Italian fascism.

All within the state. Corporations, Banks, Trade Unions, Politicians working together for a common goal.

Fascism is for the only liberty which can be a serious thing, the liberty of the state and of the individual in the state. Therefore for the fascist, everything is in the state, and no human or spiritual thing exists, or has any sort of value, outside the state. In this sense fascism is totalitarian, and the fascist state which is the synthesis and unity of every value, interprets, develops and strengthens the entire life of the people.

Lunatics like you are the primary reason I switched from Leave to Remain.

Anyway, my Irish colleague who is resident in Ireland and has never lived in Northern Ireland got his postal ballot paper today.

Both capitalist and communist states can demonstrate plutocratic traits.

I would suggest the EU is not socialist, as it is 28 separate members working for their self interests.

The EU itself is a non democratic federalist state with plutocratic ideals.
