    IR35 Query

    Hello,

I have got my contract paper work reviewed from my accountant they have advised it falls under IR35, any idea what should I do to make it fall outside IR35? They have advised me to approach a professional body who can review my written contract and working practise. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks

Did your accountant say why? It's best to leave your accountant to do your accounts and get reviews done by the likes of QDOS who specialise in them.

I heard a little know Amazonian tribe have a certain dance that puts contracts inside. You could try that. Just make sure you slide to the left before you crisscross or you could just make it piss it down instead.

One of the contractors on my site has an accountant to do all the IR35. Periodically the accountant sends him a form with a tick box asking if the contract is outside IR35. He ticks and returns it and the accountant deals with the rest. Simples.

              Key things to look for.

              1) Can anyone be allowed to perform your work, if qualified.

              2) Work where-ever you like. If the client is demanding on-site on the contract you're a permie. So stop trying to cheat.
