    brexiters are just thick porters

    peter foster :telegraph journo

For remain: A young university graduate who works alongside someone from Poland, the Czech Republic, France in the City, say, and enjoys the experience. They’ve got linguistic sklls to think about going to Berlin and Barcelona and think of themselves as winners of globalisation.

For leave: A hotel porter in Margate with few educational qualifications. He no longer understands what the cleaning staff in his hotel say; they all talk Polish at tea break. He’s culturally isolated and, for good measure, he's not had a pay rise for the last five years which he blames on the availability of Polish or EU workers.

EU referendum: David Cameron admits he is 'very concerned' about Brexit

It's this narrow minded hubris on the remain debate I really am sick of. Making out that getting on for half the country are thick and lazy scum for voting leave. No wonder people are disenfranchised with politics.

Not quite. A better example for leave would be the council estate with 289 unemployed single parents and 248 ESA/disability claims next to an Aldi where every worker eastern European doing minimal (16) hours and getting tax benefits to make up the difference....

Granted that's taken from another forum but knowing the poster the figures are accurate...

Remain has a problem because it wasn't aware how annoyed those left behind are...

That's why I'll be glad when it's over.

As opposed to making out that half the country are treasonous idiots for intending to vote for remain? Six of one, half a dozen of the other.

We pick the cats we've just adopted from the cat shelter up on Thursday. We'll call one Brexit, the other Remain.

And Brexit sits in front of the cat flap stopping Remain entering.

There is no cat flap just a big hole in the door

NAT doesn't live in the UK so there is definitely a cat flap.
