    Bye bye EU, Hello AU

African Union plans to introduce single passport to create EU-style 'continent without borders' | Africa | News | The Independent

Those pesky foreigners stealing our ideas
Brexit is having a wee in the middle of the room at a house party because nobody is talking to you, and then complaining about the smell.

      Emblem:

The palm leaves shooting up on either side of the outer circle stand for peace.
the gold circle again symbolizes Africa's wealth and bright future.
The green circle again stands for African hopes and aspirations.
the plain map of Africa without boundaries in the inner circle signifies African unity.
The small interlocking red rings at base of the Emblem stand for African solidarity and the blood shed for Liberation of Africa.
Even worse like the EU they have an anthem as well.

Yeah what could possibly go wrong with that.

It's not like most of them have been having tribal warfare for the past what 20,000 years!

Referencing the chemical symbol for gold, I thought you'd had a sudden conversion to the brexit camp

Not quite the same as the EU as you will still have passport checks everywhere in Africa (I had no less than four going through an airport in east Africa last month on business). If it allowed the same right to work options that the EU provides that would be an interesting development.

You're just jealous as the EU just has random gold stars.

To buy a loaf of bread requires a wheelbarrow worth of notes (just like in Zimbabwe) -
