Enough already. Lets fire up Article 50

We have reached Peak Cretin in Britain. They are now in the majority.
And the cretins have told us what to do.
So lets fire up Article 50 and get the process underway of impoverishing and dismantling Britain.
Once the cretins' leaders grow a pair, that is ....

I don't much care, I'll be trying to make wine in my little farmhouse in the Douro in 5-10 years (and failing no doubt)
Off there in 2 weeks as it goes
I suppose the Euro is close to parity with the pound now?

Why waste time with Section 50 and dancing to Jean-Claude's tune? Douglas Carswell already has a plan in his back pocket.

I always thought Carswell wrote a column for the Sunday Sport but it's that other Ukip fantasist, Nuttall
Brexit is having a wee in the middle of the room at a house party because nobody is talking to you, and then complaining about the smell.

What, it's drivel to say we should start the exit process?

Probably the most sensible comment so far...

I didn't want Brexit and voted to remain but democracy has spoken (the voice of the common man, take that how you will) and there are positives.

I don't think we should be bullied into acting hastily though, nobody expected this, least of all the leave campaigners, and it will take a bit of time to plan an exit strategy and get the right people in place.

Bizzarely, much as I dislike him, I think Gove would be the right man for the job. He may not be personable but he is extremely intelligent, has a strong resolve, and doesn't seem to care what others think.

Completely disagree with that. He's an innumerate English Lit graduate with a gift for language and not much analytical ability. The doesn't "seem to care what others think" aspect is sign of arrogance. Perhaps he should have consulted with some of his despised "experts" about possible outcomes before leading the country down the garden path?
And why has he gone AWOL since Friday? Has the enormity of his mistake hit him?
