    Applicants who require a work visa welcomed
    Am I right in thinking the govt is handing out work permits like sweeties at the moment?

              No way. In every company i have worked in the last 4-5 years, outsourcers are bringing in truckloads of indians. It seems there are no restrictions.

                Well there are. Short term ICT's aren't capped but there are still rules to follow and don't lead to ILR or any form of PR.
