Corbyn won't help NATO countries in case of Russian invasion

Jeremy Corbyn refuses to say if he would defend a Nato ally against Russian attack amid deepening party split

Corbyn being Putin's friend I wouldn't have expected otherwise

Another nail in his political coffin thank <Deity>

Its about time Labour junked the joke candidate and held the Tories to account.

      Well, he lost my vote.

Fecking idiot - he could have had guaranteed landslide in 2020 (or earlier) if he only just had a few sensible policies.

He does not like war? Well, NATO deterrence is what stops Russia at the moment from attacking Batlic states same way it did Ukraine and Georgia.

Not smarter just more aware of his foibles. If ALL your then front bench sound better than you at PMQs in holding the PM to account, and you cannot lead your own MPs including left wingers like Heidi Alexander then you can't be leader.

Corbyn can be voted in as leader but it will leave the Labour party to be unelectable like they were when Michael Foot was leader. The party needs to move to the centre not launch to the left. Ed Miliband lost the election due to being left wing and not realising that the core vote isn't guaranteed.

That's great, the only problem is that "Tories" became New Labour in terms of taxes.

The problem is people like Corbyn deep down in their red hearts don't want to win power. It so much sweeter to have 'Purity of ideology' than have to make the required compromises for power. It really is not rocket science, Labour won 3 elections and prevented the Tories from getting a majority in the 4th all by being firmly in the center. This hard left position will please the momentum crowd no end and in 2020 it'll hand the Tories a whopping big majority. Shame the Labour Party members don't seem to be interested in winning power. They also don't seem to understand that with the SNP dominant in Scotland and proposed boundary changes, it's going to be harder than ever for Labour to form a govt, not to talk of when running on a loony left platform.
