How do you receive your director salary?

    Via PAYE or directly?
I.e. PAYE implies you are an employee/director and directly that you are just director.

You really should be asking your accountant this. It's so fundamental it's not true. They will go through the whole process with you and make sure you fully understand the details and a whole host of other information you probably don't know.

You really shouldn't a bunch of contractors that don't know or care what your situation is question like this.

What's a salary? Isn't that something permies have?

I lend my mother in law £15,000 a month from the company and then my wife finds it lying around and spends it.

And try thinking a little harder about what part of the forum you post it in as well. Shows how little thought and effort you've put in to running your company that you are legally responsible for.

Unless you are a sockie or just trolling of course.
