FreeAgent category for incidental overnight expenses

Anyone claim incidental overnight expenses in FreeAgent ? If so, what expense category do you use ?

I assume it should be non-vatable, but there doesn't seem a suitable category entry for that. I was going to use Sundries and 0 vat it ?!

Shove it in travel. If you're on flat rate vat, the vat will take care of itself.

I put it under Accomodation and Meals. You can set the VAT rate to whatever it needs to be.

Yeah sorry. Picking 'Accommodation and Meals' which is actually the top option is a bit beyond me sorry.

I'd have to look at the bottom where it says Knowledgebase and then Categories and explanations and read that cause I'm not right good at stuff like this.
