DMP and effect on Credit Check/Employment screening

Does anyone have experience or insight into the effect of a Debt Management Plan on your credit check for employment screening? I am returning to the UK after a 5 years and landed a contract roll at a Big 4, going to work in FS consulting in IT. However, I have around 40k on credit card debt under a DMP, but no CCJ or records that appear on 'Public Record'. So, I think I should be OK, but I am still a little worried.

    Any experience anyone?

Yeah, it's fine, they prefer to engage people who can't manage their own finances in the financial services sector.
