You have to be patient, and give it time, like about five years.

except with NLYUK who gives you a 'little extra'.

Thing is, you started 3 threads and they contradicted each other...
              1. Can I make my company dormant but still pay myself?
              2. Can I take a loan against my company? (would this be the dormant one?)
              3. Can I divide up the shares from my company? (again, is this the dormant one?)

Maybe one thread explaining the whole thing would have been better than three that just confused the issue.

It sounds like you are trying to come up with a tax dodge and want a bunch of IT contractors to give you accounting advice on it.

Sorry, that was rude of me.

Hello Garnet/Kolata, how's the £15k loan to your mother-in-law going?
