Someone wants the Highway Code changed because they don't understand it, dont like it, or dont like obeying it and road signs.

So, instead of learning and acting responsibly, they want a law so they can sue others for not doing what this guy wants.

So not seen traffic warders where I live on bikes.

Seen policemen - but they were awake - and parking attendants - but they look nimble -, so like I can't run them over.

Erm. Oncoming traffic always has right of way if you're turning right.
If the roads are to be made safer, especially in London, anybody driving private-hire or Uber should be machine-gunned to death on sight.
