Maybe the villages around Luton? There's some nice countryside around there. I went to a wedding in a beautiful country estate just outside of Luton last year. The name escapes me though.

The tulipholes always boom last before the bust.

2017 - Year of the housing crash. Brexit will be the catalyst as will the collapse of the EU into the abyss.

Absolutely - That heart warming phrase "collapse of the EU into the abyss" cheers me up no end.

Well it's moving further up North but still quite some way before we hit the real tulipholes.

Crash - nah. But no doubt a drastic slowdown and flat to slightly lower prices from 2018 onwards I reckon.
