    House price inflation

    http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/business/6131416.stm

In its latest survey, the Halifax reports that prices rose by 1.7% in October, pushing up the annual rate of house price inflation to 8.6%.
How long can the market sustain these rises?

    Months? Years or forever?

40 years mortgages, fast trains, etc.... we are just becoming like Japan. The majority of people will commute from Norwich and London will be a whole big office/mall.

p.s. AtW will be forced to move to a bedsit in the furthest point of Scotland.
I've seen much of the rest of the world. It is brutal and cruel and dark, Rome is the light.

A few more years at least. The Romanians and Bulgarians are coming over here soon and they'll need somewhere to live.

After that the Turks will arrive.
