    PSC register

As the sole director and employee of a Ltd. company, do I need to add my details to the PSC register - or is it sufficient that Companies House already have the Director information, so no entry needed for the PSC?

    Thanks.
p.s. This is for the Annual Confirmation Statement.

Yes, you will still need to go onto the PSC register, if you meet one or more of the following conditions:

    - holds, directly or indirectly, more than 25% of the shares
    - holds, directly or indirectly, more than 25% of the voting rights
    - holds the right, directly or indirectly, to appoint or remove a majority of directors

If you are also a majority shareholder or have have rights/control the company, you will still need to add your details.

    We're all ears!
