Brexit Discussion part III - Why to go through with the Brexit and why not to Remain

    Good Afternoon All,

    we're getting there,

    let's recap,

together, Brexiters and Remoaners have unanimously agreed that nobody across parties, across faiths, across Brexit opinion, nobody knows how Britain will look post Brexit...

For the record, NO, Brexiters don't know exactly how things will play out.

Perhaps one of the Remainers could lend us their crystal ball for a bit of clarity?

continuing the theme, this morning together, the Brexiters and Remoaners openly discussed their thoughts, ideas, dreams of how Britain would look Post Brexit.

Unfortunately, it's not a pretty picture, and the concensus across Brexiters and Remoaners is that sadly Britain will not be in a better position that it is today Post Brexit

Naturally then, the next logical step in the discussion,

    is to open the floor,

to Brexiters and Remoaners to courageously and openly discuss,

Why is Britain going ahead with the Brexit, and why not to Remain ?

    The floor is yours....

    play nicely

    Milan.

It'll have to make sure it's not under any direction or control, has no obligation to accept anything, and has the right to substitute a different country at any time.

None of which seem very likely to be the reality.
Will work inside IR35. Or for food.

Because after 2 years we will be in a much better position as we have continually told you. And we don't want to be controlled by other countries.

Which bit of that don't you understand?

              did you mean this one?

Soros: European Union in mortal danger

"EU leaders need to embrace the idea that effectively addressing the crisis will require "surge" funding, rather than scraping together insufficient funds year after year. Spending a large amount at the outset would allow the EU to respond more effectively to some of the most dangerous consequences of the refugee crisis."

EU collapse is now 'practically IRREVERSIBLE' after Brexit, says George Soros | World | News | Daily Express

The billionaire, known as the man who broke the Bank of England, has said that Brexit is the final nail in the coffin for the EU.

He said the UK's split from the EU is likely to hasten the break-up of the 28 member bloc, to be 27 after UK exit.

He said:"The consequences for the real economy will be comparable to the financial crisis of 2007-2008 but the implications for Europe could be far worse.

"Tensions among member states have reached breaking point, not only over refugees but also as a result of exceptional strains between creditor and debtor countries within the eurozone."

George Soros bets €100m on German bank collapse after Brexit | World | News | Daily Express

The man who "broke the Bank of England" took a short position of 0.51 per cent in Deutsche Bank shares on Friday - the day after the people of Britain backed Brexit.

In growing signs that desperate Angela Merkel's economy is struggling in the wake of the nation's decision to leave the EU - Soros Fund Management said its short position was now 0.46 per cent - suggesting it had begun to take profits from the trade.

Since the momentous decision, shares at Deutsche have dramatically slumped.

George Soros Is Betting Big On Disaster | Fortune.com

George Soros is preparing to make a bundle on a coming financial disaster.
Soros, who has returned to trading after a long hiatus, has sold some of his stocks in his $30 billion portfolio and moved a good chunk of that portfolio into gold. Soros Fund Management has been moving some of its money into gold and the shares of gold mining companies for a little while. But according to the WSJ, Soros has essentially come out of retirement to oversee the trade because he thinks there are a lot of profits to be made.
Among Soros' concerns are China, massive world deflation, and the end of the EU. In January, at the annual World Economic Forum in Davos, Soros compared what was happening in financial markets to what happened in 2008. "We are repeating 2008," he said.
I'm sure the remainer experts on doom & gloom can help us.

Sure. Do you mean this George Soros or another one?

This one is a classic. Even I made money on the pound fall.

In exactly the same way that nobody across parties, across faiths, across Brexit/Remain opinion would have known how Britain would have looked even had we chosen to Remain.

I clearly pitched my response yesterday at too high an adult level, forgetting that dullards like you might grasp it and fail to comprehend the central message.

Honestly Milan, on a forum that is a target-rich environment for slack-jawed stupidity, you have taken things to a new and disturbing level.

If you cannot see just what is wrong with the way the EU operates, and understand why a majority of Brits have chosen to break free from its shackles, then that is your issue.

The Bremainers on here come across like Steerage Class passengers pestering the Chief Purser for a cabin upgrade whilst he is trying to coordinate the lifeboat loading.
“The period of the disintegration of the European Union has begun. And the first vessel to have departed is Britain”
