Whats going to happen to Sterling when Article 50 is invoked next month?

Money to be made or fall already priced in?

Of more interest could be a long term hold for the inevitable rally once new business deals are made, the German immigrant "crisis" actually becomes one, etc.

Depends which specialist bank you choose to follow.

DB says says Cable at 1.05.

      MS says Cable 1.30.

Immediate interest is whether we get through the HOL or have a GE.

I'm pretty sure Cable will rise though.

I'm going to take a punt on it falling based on the poor numbers on the economy that are beginning to come through

And what poor numbers are those?

AS it becomes evident we will have a tariff free trade with the EU cable will rise.

You could double it if you buy some swisscoins too.

                How much of a punt? As you're so sure I trust it's a big'un.

Well, as I earn in foreign currency and spend mostly in GBP, I hope the good old GBP goes through the floor!

There's no sense of that being a hope strategy - countries have already said that they're looking forward to dealing with us post Brexit. You stick with the opinion of your learned economists that you're now denouncing in a different thread though.
