    I predict a doomy boom and on CUK much gloom
    The court heard Darren Upton had written a letter to Judge Sally Cahill QC saying he wasn’t “a typical inmate of prison”.

    But the judge said: “That simply demonstrates your arrogance continues. You are typical. Inmates of prison are people who are dishonest. You are a thoroughly dishonestly man motivated by your own selfish greed.”

      Notice this image - the demand for contractors as a proportion of staff is falling down actually, and still looking at peak Aug 2000 the demand for contractors is just over 50% than that it was back then.

        That's because the boom is sooooo big, it is distorting space and time and pulling the graph down at the end.
