It's gettin like "It's a knockout" driving a car these days
Imagine Stuart Hall....mind the speed bumps, ooh turn left at the flowerpots in the road, hahahahaha, he's hit the retractable bollards, and he's stuck, hooohaaa, watchout, here comes the traffic warden to issue a ticket, that's not a valid excuse old chap, here comes the crusher!
The court heard Darren Upton had written a letter to Judge Sally Cahill QC saying he wasn’t “a typical inmate of prison”.
But the judge said: “That simply demonstrates your arrogance continues. You are typical. Inmates of prison are people who are dishonest. You are a thoroughly dishonestly man motivated by your own selfish greed.”
I bet people who work near that road in Manchester, sit there in there offices, with a camera phone near by, and on a really really boring day.. wait to see who takes the bait.. I've seen footage for 3 different angles now.
To be or not to be... or get someone else to be, and take the slack for it.
I think these are a better solution than speed cameras. Put them in the road and when any vehicle breaks the speed limit, they pop up and that person never speeds again.
