Hi All

I'm currently on the third year of the CIPP Foundation Degree in Payroll Management and my work based research project is the implementation of the Intermediary Legislation (IR35) rule changes for the Public Sector.

In order to do complete this research project I have designed a short questionnaire , the link of which is below .

https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSdjT6qqq4mSakDjag5t-STaKR0_NaFqkOHQRiTVqxIDKH8rfw/viewform?c=0&w=1

I’d appreciate it if any of you can find the time to complete this.

Completion of the questionnaire is completely voluntary and you have the right not to participate.

All information given will be treated confidentially.

The results of this research will be available to any participant upon request.

Thanks

Mark Hope,
Payroll Officer,

Done as well but aren't you missing the Ltd option of how would we get paid? There is only Umbrella and the agents PAYE?

Done.

As per NLUKs comment, I would prefer to be paid via Ltd as well, which isn't an option on the questionnaire.

Thanks for the replies and participation i really appreciate it. I'm still reading up on IR35 and there are loads of different views out there . Think a lot of people on this forum will know more about it than me .... as your working on the coal face! I wanted to keep the questionnare short and sweet so I may have missed things like the Ltd company .

If the Public Sector used another tool in conjunction with the HMRC tool would this
- Increase you confidence in an In Scope decision
- Have no determinable difference in your confidence on the decision

I'd include an option "Increase your confidence in an out of scope decision".
