    Death on sofa

"Mother-of-three warns couples 'Don't go to bed angry' after banishing husband to sofa in row over him working 16-hour days only to wake and find him dead

Ashley Murrell had a heated argument with her husband Mikey before bed
Was furious he was working 16 hour shifts and running himself into the ground
She banished him to the sofa but when she woke up she discovered him dead
Later found her husband had been working to save money to take her to Prague

He had a lucky escape. He had a fate better than divorce.

I feel sorry for his kids though.

The moral of this story is don't work if you can. If you must don't do more that 3-4 hours a day. Do not commute ever, life is too short.

Enough of that nonsense, UK is pushing up the retirement age, increasing the cost of living, nothing to see here.

Rotten luck for the poor guy, trying so hard, and there are many others struggling like he'd been.

But unfortunately the moral of the story is "A heart attack is nature's way of telling you to slow down".

Hang on though, it wasn't as if she had been pushing him to work all those hours, on the face of it quite the opposite.

He had been working all these hours to earn money for the family.

He probably had a clear view of their financial situation and was trying to rectify it by working himself to the bone.

And his reward and ungrateful harpy who thought half his job was to be at her beck and call.

True, but she probably wasn't ungrateful, just one of so many who want to have their cake and eat it.
