EU supplier for UK Limited Company

    Hi,
I've been doing contracting in the IT industry for almost 2 years now, through my own LTD. Things have been going good, and now I am considering delegating some of my internal work (different proof of concepts, technology trends, keeping up to date) to someone else. I am originally from eastern Europe, and I still know some good technical people back home who can help with this.
I went to my accountant and asked him if it is possible to set up a supplier type of contract with a local company from an EU country to achieve this. Has anyone done this before? He mentioned it is possible, and that everything should be clearly set in a contract between the 2 parties, and that even the payment could be in Euros. He said that this setup might need to be changed after Britain leaves the EU.
I have no idea how such a contract would look like, and also how I can prove that this is indeed a legitimate contract, in case of an HMRC enquiry. I was thinking of setting up online tracking tools like JIRA/Confluence to track all this. Would that be sufficient for an HMRC enquiry?
He also suggested I look for a solicitor to draft this contract - since I have no idea how such a contract should look like from a legal point of view. Any suggesting of some solicitors who specialise in this - or can I find a draft contract somewhere online?

    Thanks for any advice

It is just a normal contract. You might specify the rate in euro (makes it cheaper to pay too through the SEPA system). Then just give them your VAT id and operate EU VAT (if they are within the EU). There is absolutely nothing strange about it.
