They'll be lone wolves, not terrorists.

Bets placed below for whether they're pro or anti Brexit.

        Currently looks like it's:

suspicion of being a member of a proscribed organisation
Four arrested on terror charges for belonging to neo-Nazi group National Action | Metro News

        Rather than actually preparing acts.

It says they have been arrested on two charges -

West Midlands Police carried out raids under the Terrorism Act and they are all being held on suspicion of being concerned in the commission, preparation and instigation of acts of terrorism under Section 41 of the Terrorism Act 2000; namely on suspicion of being a member of a proscribed organisation (National Action) contrary to sec 11 of the Terrorism Act.
Probably why the radio news announcer said "arrested for preparing acts of terrorism".

That looks like one charge, not two. Count them.

I think we can all agree at least the sensible ones, that neo-nazis should be investigated, arrested and if in the country illegally should be kicked out.

If we find neo-nazi communities then we should do our best to investigate them and ensure enclaves of backward thinking do not thrive in our liberal society.

I'm not sure they should necessarily be arrested. It depends if they've broken the law.

We don't want to end up in a thought crime state. Look at it the other way, you can hardly arrest people who haven't broken the law.
