    Contracting Milestone

Yes it is 10 years ago today that I started my contracting career

It has been mainly highs, a few lows, however no regrets AT all. I have loved the flexibility to move around, no permie career ladder, being respected more as an expert in my field, lifestyle and of course the financial benefits.

So here is to another ten years

FTFY - have some ambition man.

BTW - it's traditional to mark these occasions with a garden party for the household staff/representatives of charities/friendly foreign dignitaries/a few token disabled kids. A forum post just doesn't quite have the same cachet.

              Biggest invoice?
              Most questionable accounting manoeuvre?
              Worst client?

Most questionable accounting manoeuvre? Not using Freeagent
Worst client? Generally been pretty good except for one insurance client a couple of years ago...

10 years? I've got haemorrhoids older than that...no, really, I have.

Seriously though, salutations and all that.
His heart is in the right place - shame we can't say the same about his brain...
