I'm going to put my neck on the line. No rise. growth is too weak.

A tricky one, as GBP has strengthened somewhat and the Brexit talks are going nowhere fast, so there is a real risk of crashing out with no deal.

I think you're probably right, and we'll hear stern words how a rise is around the corner.
