IR35 consultation to be launched before or during 13 March Spring Budget

Consultation to conclude late Summer/early Autumn

Announcement of proposed private sector changes in November Autumn Budget

Legislation to go live in April 2019

Slight annoyance - the minutes don't infer anything.

Big annoyance - the party's over! Where I am now, they won't be making in/out assessments. I just can't see them being arsed. They won't employ independents like me and will just go through the big boys.
