It's Embedded World and I am parked up shuddering at the thought of walking in. I can't stand the things.

Apart from drinking profusely and eating lots of sausages, does anyone have any survival tips?

That said one does make a killing on AirBnB with these things in Germany so I am happy about that

Find the stand with the best pens, grab a handful.
Also if they have mints or decent A4 writing pads.
Thermal mugs are good ones to grab too.

But start off by going to the stand that is giving away the best bags for carrying the freebies in.

Whores.

Always found them to be vastly overpriced in Germany, compared to Holland.

Price isn't a function of them being legal and good quality though. Personally, one can't stand Dutch ones due to the aroma of tulip.
